This position is for you!

In this role, you’ll get to:

Design and implement user-friendly AI features and visually appealing experiences for our web applications.
Work directly with the founder to enhance the product experience from start to finish.
Execute all stages of visual design, from concept to prototype, with the ability to experiment and iterate quickly.
Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to improve and optimize the user experience.
Collaborate with full-stack developers to define technical requirements and effectively implement designs.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain graphic and brand standards across the product interface.
Support brand design and improvements on the website, as well as occasional marketing materials.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities as appropriate.

We are looking for you if you

Have 7+ years of experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in product and UX design.
Have solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing products.
Have experience with UX design and prototyping tools (ideally Figma).
Have experience with e-commerce or marketing software tools, ideally with complex editors
Are based in Latam
Fluent in English

Desirable skills

Experience designing experiences with generative AI models.
Knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, with a deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
