Our History
Our name, “NewCombin”, refers to the “new combination” between seasoned executives and young professionals with a strong disruptive mindset.
It is not a mere coincidence: Marcelo and Nicolás, NC’s founders, are a father and a son gathered by the ambition of empowering businesses through technology.
In 2018, we started operating as a start-up. Ian joined the founders, consolidating the best team to make the business grow. Each year since its foundation, NewCombin grew by 200% and managed to be present in different countries in the American continent, helping businesses with software development and digital transformation.

Becoming part of NewCombin’s team represented an exponential growth in my career as a software developer. I started working at NewCombin in 2021 with the purpose of gaining professional experience as well as learning new technologies and expanding my knowledge in areas of my interest, and I can affirm that each and every one of my goals are being fulfilled. From the day I started, I was provided with a healthy and flexible work environment, with the necessary tools to do it, together with a united team in which communication is a priority.
At NewCombin I found a work environment that allows me to grow professionally by participating in very interesting and challenging projects, forcing me to keep myself updated.
