In this role, you’ll get to:
- Use artificial intelligence tools to create and improve ads quickly and at scale.
- Build repeatable and scalable creative workflows using AI and automation.
- Rapidly produce creative variations (hooks, formats, messaging, and visual styles).
- Develop original creative concepts beyond competitor inspiration.
- Conduct ongoing research on the market, customers, and competitors.
- Translate creative strategy into scalable frameworks and templates.
- Work directly with technical platforms (prompting, asset generation, workflow setup).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve creative publishing speed.
- Analyze creative performance and turn data into hypotheses and new iterations.
- Clearly communicate creative insights to stakeholders.
- Align creative output with the growth team’s testing and scaling roadmaps.
We are looking for you if you
- Have 3–6+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or creative strategy.
- Have hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools or a strong ability to learn them quickly.
- Combine creative thinking with data analysis.
- Are comfortable working with technical platforms and performance dashboards.
- Are able to handle a high volume of output and rapid iteration.
- Have experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Are fluent in English (direct communication with a US-based team and stakeholders)
- Are based in LATAM
Desirable skills
- Experience working with large-scale paid media budgets.
- Knowledge of advertising ecosystems across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Experience collaborating with growth, media, or product teams.
- Background in creative process automation.
- A profile with a systems-thinking mindset.
