This position is for you!

In this role, you’ll get to:

Identify, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.
Identify processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities alongside stakeholders.
Ensure a clear understanding of the “why” behind each requirement.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Manage user stories, requirements, and progress using Azure DevOps.
Write and maintain documentation using tools such as Loop.
Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
Influence solution direction by balancing business needs and technical feasibility.

We are looking for you if you

Have +5 years of previous experience working on IT products that integrate off-the-shelf solutions.
Have experience using Azure DevOps for project and requirements tracking.
Have solid experience in gathering and documenting business and product requirements in enterprise environments.
Have the ability to interact directly with stakeholders and lead discovery processes.
Have the ability to understand and clearly communicate business rationale (“why”).
Have knowledge of processes in B2B manufacturing environments.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a strong analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
Are fluent in English, both spoken and written (direct interaction with end users).
Are based in Argentina

Desirable skills

Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in B2B eCommerce.
Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (highly valued).
Technical or IT background working with enterprise platforms.
Experience using Microsoft Loop for documentation.
