This position is for you!

In this role, you’ll get to:

Design and develop end-to-end features using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
Build modern interfaces using React, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Thymeleaf.
Participate in software and infrastructure architecture decisions.
Design and implement scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
Develop and optimize SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
Integrate the platform with ERPs and external systems through APIs, files, and events.
Use AI tools (Copilot, code generation tools, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development and improve productivity.
Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into the product.
Provide support for production environments and resolve L3 incidents.
Collaborate using Jira and agile methodologies.

We are looking for you if you

Have 7+ years of experience in software development.
Have strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Have strong experience with React and modern JavaScript.
Have experience working with Tailwind CSS and/or Bootstrap.
Have knowledge of Thymeleaf.
Have experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
Have experience developing and operating SaaS platforms.
Have the ability to work end-to-end (frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure).
Have experience providing L3 production support.
Have experience with Linux and Windows.
Have experience using AI tools to accelerate development (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
Have advanced/fluent English skills (daily communication in English).
Have availability to work within EST hours.
Are based in LATAM

Desirable skills

Experience with invoice processing, accounts payable, or financial systems.
Experience integrating ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Banner.
Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and containerized deployments.
Experience incorporating AI/LLMs into workflows or product features.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
