This position is for you!
In this role, you’ll get to:

Ensure that developers meet sprint commitments

Assign technical tasks and break down user stories into clear, detailed tasks

Review code, manage PRs, and branch structure

Identify and resolve team blockers
-
Lead daily stand-ups, document daily progress, and facilitate communication between QA and development
-
Build a partnership with the Product Manager

Ensure that user stories are clear, complete, and well-documented
-
Participate in scope change discussions and propose technical solutions
-
Keep technical documentation up to date (API specs, ER diagrams, etc.)

Produce release notes, properly tag versions, and manage deployments
-
Document technical solutions and identified risks
-
Report developer performance issues to the engineering leadership

Escalate issues or risks that could compromise project delivery
We are looking for you if you
- Have 5+ years of experience in development
-
Have experience as a senior developer, ideally with React/React Native, Node.js, and Python
-
Have experience with multiple databases, especially PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server
-
Have the ability to technically lead teams and maintain high-quality standards

Have knowledge and application of best practices in architecture and development
-
Have experience in sprint planning, technical estimations, and task breakdown
-
Have familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
-
Have knowledge of GitHub Actions and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment

Have an understanding of microservices and composable architecture
-
Have experience working closely with QA teams and an understanding of the importance of automated testing
-
Have excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Are fluent in English
- Are based in LATAM
Desirable skills

Experience maintaining technical documentation using tools like Postman and LucidChart
-
Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools, such as OpenAI, for artificial intelligence projects

Knowledge of management tools such as Jira and Passbolt
-
Ability to manage staging and production environments
-
Experience working in distributed teams and communicating asynchronously
