This position is for you!
In this role, you’ll get to:

Manage the infrastructure of React/Rails applications deployed on AWS Elastic Beanstalk.

Orchestrate backend jobs on deployment servers (continuous and scheduled tasks).

Control access to deployment servers via SSH keys and IP whitelists.

Manage a proxy server for SSL certificate generation.

Automate infrastructure for failovers, scalability, and backups.

Perform updates when AWS or Meta deprecate services or APIs.

Monitor and respond to errors (e.g., Meta API outages) using Rollbar and Slack.
We are looking for you if you
- Have 3+ years of experience in backend development with Ruby on Rails.
- Have solid experience with AWS services: Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, Aurora, Route 53, ElastiCache, WAF, CloudWatch, Lambda, CloudFront.
- Have experience operating Rails/React applications in production.
- Have familiarity with monitoring and management tools: GitHub, Rollbar, Slack, Nagios, PagerDuty.
- Are fluent in English (100% communication in English with an international team).
- Are based in Latam
Desirable skills

Experience using WPEngine for static or external sites.

Knowledge in updating React stacks to address vulnerabilities.

Interest in the full DevOps cycle (deployment, monitoring, proactive maintenance).
