In this role, you’ll get to:
- Quickly grasp use cases and develop functional prototypes.
- Design production-ready software architectures and infrastructure.
- Technically lead the team during solution development.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams, bringing technical knowledge and best practices.
We are looking for you if you

Have 4+ years of experience in Python development

Have experience with Pydantic and PyTorch

Have experience using OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs

Have experience with LangChain, LangSmith, and LangGraph

Have experience integrating and working with vector stores such as Milvus or Pinecone

Have knowledge of relational databases

Have experience with low-code tools such as Flowise, MS Copilot Studio, or Botpress

Are able to design scalable architectures and lead their implementation,

Are fluent in English: you’ll be working with a US-based team

Are based in LATAM
Desirable skills
- Previous experience leading technical teams.
- Experience building AI/LLM solutions in enterprise contexts.
