This position is for you!

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Provide daily support to employees with hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Install and configure laptops, mobile devices (iPads, iPhones), and Windows operating systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating when necessary.

  • Guide users in troubleshooting via phone, chat, email, or remote access.

  • Manage equipment inventory and logistics between offices.

  • Document issues and solutions to strengthen the internal knowledge base.

  • Verify full system functionality after support tasks.

  • Contribute to a service-oriented and collaborative support environment.

We are looking for you if you

  • Have 3+ years of experience in technical support roles (Help Desk, IT Support).
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Have strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or Mac OS environments.
  • Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Have experience using remote desktop tools and help desk software.
  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills and critical thinking.
  • Are fluent in English: you’ll be working with a US-based team

  • Are based in LATAM

Desirable skills

  • Technical certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA A+).

  • Previous experience in fast-paced industries such as real estate or property management.
