This position is for you!
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop design systems and digital experiences in collaboration with the Creative Director, designers, content strategists, and developers.
- Expand and iterate on existing designs, UI components, and style libraries.
- Design responsive and adaptive interfaces across various web and mobile devices, applying grid systems and best layout practices.
- Deliver high-fidelity prototypes with detailed specifications and design expectations.
- Stay up to date with current web standards and UI/UX best practices for both content sites and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce.
- Conduct usability and heuristic audits, user research, and testing to validate and refine design decisions.
- Participate in design reviews and help foster a collaborative feedback culture.
- Create accessible and inclusive digital products and experiences for all users.
We are looking for you if you

Have 7+ years of experience in user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) design.

Have a portfolio focused on web design, e-commerce, or digital products (not advertising campaigns or print).

Have advanced proficiency in Figma (prototyping, auto-layout, design systems).

Have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Have the capacity to articulate design decisions and UX rationale.

Are fluent in English: you’ll be working with a US-based team

Are based in LATAM
Desirable skills

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce).

Experience in motion design (especially with Lottie).

Knowledge of digital accessibility.

Additional experience in illustration or animation.
