CEO & Co-Founder

Multicultural senior executive with over 20 years of experiences in executive and entrepreneurial engagements; expert in business building and wide experience in strategic development, starting-up and operating companies in Argentina, USA, Chile, Mexico, India, Romania and Spain. MIAE (Multiple Impact Adaptive Engineering) co-creator and expert: methods to bring company culture, organization and social behaviour together, thus facilitating the incorporation of technologies to improve processes.

IAN PETERSEN

Partner & Project Director

Operations Lead. Experience leading cross-functional teams and optimizing company resource distribution and operations management. Strategic planning and problem solving. Responsible for developing and implementing tactics to achieve the cohesive and efficient results. Trained in Innovation Sciences at the Technical University of Eindhoven, Netherlands and Industrial Engineering at ITBA, Argentina. Entrepreneurship and technology mentor and speaker for Argentina and Mexico.

It is not a mere coincidence: Marcelo and Nicolás, NC’s founders, are a father and a son gathered by the ambition of empowering businesses through technology.

NewCombin was born by the end of 2017 and, at the beginning of 2018, we already were working as a start-up. At the end of that year, Ian joined the founders, and they created the best team to make the business grow.

Each year since its foundation, NewCombin grew 200% and achieved its presence in the American continent, helping businesses with software development and digital transformation.
