This position is for you!
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop a detailed plan that includes objectives, scope, timelines, budget in hours, and necessary resources for the project
- Oversee team members (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to ensure project execution
- Continuously track project progress, identify potential budget deviations, and take corrective actions to ensure objectives are met
- Keep stakeholders informed about the project’s status and ensure clear and effective communication Ability to speak and manage the relationship with clients
- Identify and assess project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure the project is completed within the estimated time and agreed budget
- Keep detailed records of all activities and decisions related to the project
- Identify and understand client needs and break them down into specific tasks for the development/design team
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly project status reports
We are looking for you if you
- Have studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, or related to project management
- Have +2 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Have knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Notion, Hubspot, or similar) and related software
- Have advanced English skills. Direct management with clients in English is required
- Are based in LATAM
