This position is for you!

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across different levels and teams.

  • Design and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with the client’s business objectives, including driving product improvements for data analytics.

  • Provide consulting on customer experience best practices.

  • Adapt the company’s product tools to the client’s needs.

  • Develop and manage project planning, coordinating internal teams to execute tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Maximize the client’s return on investment (ROI) and promote renewals/expansions.

We are looking for you if you

  • Have graduated from business administration, management, industrial engineering, or have equivalent technical experience.

  • Have 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, strategic program management, consulting, business development, account management, and/or project management, with a focus on B2B environments.

  • Have 3+ years of experience managing implementations of enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRMS).

  • Have experience working with budgets.

  • Have experience with Agile/Scrum/Sprint methodologies.

  • Have knowledge or experience in Customer Experience (CX), including as a customer.

  • Know how to manage user stories, and understand the ins & outs of technology and surveys.

  • Are fluent in English (you’ll be working directly with international teams).

  • Are available to work in Mexico City (Colonia Condesa, Cuauhtémoc), in a hybrid model (2–3 days on-site).

  •  Are comfortable with high volume of projects/clients
  • Are based in LATAM

Desirable skills

  • Background in industries such as Software, Hospitality, Retail, Automotive, B2B, or Financial Services.
  • PMP certification or a postgraduate degree.
  • Experience leading Professional Services teams.
