This position is for you!
In this role, you’ll get to:

Design and develop features for the real-time voice platform.

Work on customer dashboards, agent runtime, and analytics pipeline.

Understand current product usage and prioritize high-impact features.

Design systems while considering performance and infrastructure constraints.

Scale the platform to more than 100x its current traffic.

Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.

Desirable skills

Interest in or enthusiasm for AI technology and healthcare.

Experience with scalable infrastructure.

Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with distributed systems.

Experience with GraphQL.

Experience with Relay GraphQL.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
