In this role, you’ll get to:

Work on the real-time voice platform, customer dashboard, agent runtime, and analytics pipeline.

Design and develop new features while prioritizing impact versus effort.

Understand current product usage and contribute to the long-term vision.

Design systems while considering strict performance and infrastructure constraints.

Scale the platform to more than 100x its current traffic.

Participate in architecture decisions and technical evolution.
We are looking for you if you
Desirable skills
-
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience with scalable infrastructure and distributed systems.

Experience with microservices architecture.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with GraphQL, ideally Relay GraphQL.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Interest in AI technology and healthcare.

Experience in startups or high-growth companies.
