This position is for you!
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, from sourcing through candidate presentation in fast-paced environments.
- Hire for US-based roles, working with US-based candidates.
- Work directly with US-based recruiting teams and hiring managers, adapting searches based on feedback.
- Work with a US IT & Engineering staffing agency.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using your own network and other sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Build candidate pipelines through outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Recruit primarily for Technology, IT, and Engineering roles, with potential exposure to other professional areas.
- Present qualified candidates while maintaining a strong balance between speed and quality.
- Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and activity information in ATS platforms.
- Write and publish job descriptions across different recruiting channels.
We are looking for you if you
- Have 4+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
- Have 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a staffing or recruiting agency, with performance measured against predefined KPIs.
- Have 1+ year of proven experience recruiting candidates based in the United States.
- Have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Can manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Have experience working with ATS and/or VMS platforms.
- Have strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Are fluent in English.
- Are based in Latin America.
Desirable skills
- Experience working for US-based staffing or recruiting agencies.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, or similar tools.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools for recruiting, sourcing, or candidate assessment.
- Knowledge of US employment and hiring requirements, such as W-2 employment, visas, and related topics.
