This position is for you!

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Recruit technical IT and engineering profiles, including software and hardware positions (frontend, backend, fullstack, QA/testing, technical writers, PMs, firmware, embedded profiles).
  • Manage between 5 and 10 active searches simultaneously.
  • Work with fast turnaround times, ideally presenting candidates within the first 24 to 48 hours when applicable.
  • Maintain high quality in candidate submissions, ensuring they meet the minimum requirements for each search.
  • Communicate directly with hiring managers and adapt searches based on feedback.
  • Conduct screening interviews and maintain frequent communication with candidates.
  • Work with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, among others.

We are looking for you if you

  • Have experience as a Technical Recruiter for IT and engineering profiles, recruiting both software roles (frontend, backend, fullstack, QA/testing) and hardware roles (firmware, embedded, or similar).
  • Have the ability to work with high volume and fast turnaround times without compromising quality.
  • Have experience managing multiple searches simultaneously, ideally between 5 and 10 requisitions.
  • Have experience working with US-based candidates.
  • Have experience interacting with hiring managers and adjusting searches based on feedback.
  • Have experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, or similar platforms.
  • Have experience using ATS platforms. Experience with Bullhorn is not required, but the ability to adapt quickly is important.
  • Have availability to work during Pacific Time hours.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Are based in Mexico (highly desirable).

Desirable skills

  • Experience using Bullhorn.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Teams, and Outlook.
  • General understanding of US visas and work permits, without needing to be an expert. Familiarity with common visas, expiration dates, OPT, and STEM extensions is preferred.
