This position is for you!
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Perform heavy sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build pipelines through high-volume outbound outreach
- Call candidates directly when profiles look like a strong match
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Present qualified candidates to the U.S. team
- Keep pipelines and ATS updated
We are looking for you if you
- Have experience recruiting IT roles in the US
- Have proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Premium and ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, or Indeed
- Have proven ability to identify and filter out fraudulent candidates
- Have experience recruiting profiles such as Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, ERP Consultants, Cybersecurity Analysts, Technical/Solutions Architects, DevOps, QA, BA, and PMs
- Have previous experience in a staffing agency or similar high-volume environment (highly valued and likely required, though evaluated case by case)
- Have the ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and build high-volume pipelines
- Have full-time availability aligned with the Eastern Time zone
- Are fluent in English (spoken and written) – you will be reporting directly to U.S. managers.
- Are based in LATAM
Desirable skills
- Experience recruiting creative or design roles, including graphic, technical, or fashion design
- Experience working with large clients or in vendor-managed environments
- Experience with VMS platforms such as Wand, Workday, or Fieldglass
- Strong client references
- Experience with fraud detection tools
- Experience using AI and/or LLM-based tools to improve recruiting efficiency
- Interest or experience in contributing to strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day recruiting
