In this role, you’ll get to:
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, from sourcing through candidate presentation.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Build candidate pipelines through outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Recruit primarily for Technology, IT, and Engineering roles, with potential exposure to other professional areas.
- Present qualified candidates while maintaining a strong balance between speed and quality.
- Work directly with US-based recruiting teams and hiring managers, adapting searches based on feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and activity information in ATS platforms.
- Write and publish job descriptions across different recruiting channels.
We are looking for you if you
- Have solid professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing, ideally within a staffing agency or fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Have proven experience recruiting candidates based in the US.
- Have experience recruiting talent across US & Latin America markets.
- Have experience working directly with US-based clients, hiring managers, or recruiting teams.
- Have experience recruiting technical profiles, including Software Development, QA, Product/Project Management, Firmware, Embedded Systems, or other Engineering roles
- Have hands-on experience with active sourcing and headhunting, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Have experience conducting outbound candidate outreach and screening conversations.
- Are able to manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Have experience working with ATS platforms and/or VMS platforms.
- Have strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Are fluent in English.
- Are based in Latin America. Candidates based in Mexico are highly desirable.
Desirable skills
- Previous experience within a staffing agency supporting US clients.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Dice, Indeed, or similar tools..
- Experience or interest in using AI tools for recruiting, sourcing, or candidate assessment.
