This position is for you!
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Design and improve the user experience of enterprise products and internal tools.
- Understand user needs, workflows, business requirements, and pain points.
- Apply Design Thinking methodologies to define problems and propose solutions.
- Create journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product, business, and engineering teams.
- Define or support experience metrics to measure the impact of UX improvements.
We are looking for you if you
Desirable skills

Experience designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, internal tools, or other complex digital products.

Experience in Employee Experience (EX), HR Tech, onboarding platforms, employee portals, people operations, or workforce management tools.

Experience working with UX or experience metrics.

Knowledge of UX Engineering or experience working closely with development teams.
